did not complete the Full Status Review. By attending this Update course, you
will get the Provisional Status reinstated and extended until September 27,
2012.

and QFD Black Belt®
training materials (approx. 1,200
pages) and QFD software
templates (v. 2010).
What to Bring

Your own laptop computer with a
CD drive, containing MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Marketing and technical data for
a small project or a part of a project that you are currently working on or
plan to work on in the future; and

Deployment samples that you
have created on your own, if you wish their work critiqued.
Students may also submit ahead of
time a list of questions and review topics they wish to have covered.

2010); and

The
latest edition of both QFD
Green Belt® and QFD Black Belt®
training materials (1,200+ pages).

The QFDI rate is $139 per room per night plus taxes
