Recommended for:
Anyone who has attended the QFD Institute's
QFD Black Belt® Certificate Course
in the past. Recommended especially for those who earned a Provisional QFD Black
Belt® before October 2006.
Created in response to students'
request to help keep the momentum going, this semi-private course offers an
opportunity to QFD Black Belt® graduates
to bring up to date and enhance their QFD knowledge and skills learned in your
previous course.
Provisional QFD Black Belts® who
attend this course will receive a 2-year extension of your previously earned
Provisional QFD Black Belt® status, allowing extra time to complete
the work needed for earning Full Status.
Full Status QFD Black Belts®
are also recommended to attend this course, to keep yourself up to date with the
latest advancements in QFD and new-to-world concepts and methods that the QFD
Institute brings about through its on-going research.
This course is
exclusively
for all graduates of QFD Institute's QFD Black Belts® Course, and constitutes
a Continuing Education Unit of 1.0 credit point.

Your Provisional Status
had expired if you attended the QFD Black Belt® Course before October 2006 and
did not complete the Full Status Review. By attending this Update course, you
will get the Provisional Status reinstated and extended until October 27,
2010.

2008 edition of the QFD Green Belt®
and QFD Black Belt®
training materials (approx. 1,200
pages) and QFD software
templates (v. 2008).
What to Bring

Your own laptop computer with a
CD drive, containing MS Excel, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat
-
Marketing and technical data for
a small project or a part of a project that you are currently working on or
plan to work on in the future; and
-
Deployment samples that you
have created on your own, if you wish their work critiqued.
Students may also submit ahead of
time a list of questions and review topics they wish to have covered.

The latest Modern QFD templates on CD (ver.
2008); and
-
The 2008 edition of both QFD
Green Belt® and QFD Black Belt®
training materials (1,200+ pages).

The 2008 QFD Green Belt®
PowerPoint files will also be available for separate purchase for full status

The QFD Institute's rates are (per night per room

2 doubles, approx. 260 sq. ft)
