QFD :
Quality Function Deployment
is a comprehensive quality
design method that:

needs from fuzzy Voice of the Customer verbatim;

Uncovers "positive" quality that
wows the customer;

Translates these into designs
characteristics and deliverable actions; and

The QFD Institute
