Caution about Spoofed Emails: Emails from the QFD Institute will show a staff person's name in the FROM field and a relevant subject matter in the SUBJECT field, typed with appropriate caps. Our email newsletters will have the organization and newsletter names; no attachment file or newsletter numbers. We never ask you to verify your personal information by email. Most important, we never send email to you unless you have contacted us first.
Inquiries from Students and Academics: Those who are looking for QFD examples and articles for academic thesis and research are advised to first read the free information that is already available on this website, such as What is QFD and Symposium Transactions (many university library are willing to purchase these Transactions for their students' research). Search for QFD information for school assignment is the student's responsibility. That said, if you have a specific question about QFD concept and methods, you may email to us or come see us at the Symposium. To receive a reply, please include your school information, school-issued email address (@myschool.edu, @myschool.ac, etc.), professor's name, the relevant course name and a list of resources that you have studied so far on your own.
Emails that are unrelated to QFD, solicitations, and inquiries from unverifiable senders may not be responded.
