20th Symposium on Quality Function Deployment

ANN ARBOR, MI  September 24, 2007  –  The QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Institute today announced that the 20th Symposium on QFD will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico from October 22 through October 31 of 2008.  

Customers readily trade their money for value in goods and services. Understand what customers value, and they will reward you with business.

QFD has been used successfully for nearly 40 years to help companies understand both the spoken and unspoken voice of the customers and translate that into product, service, and software specifications.

The Symposium will feature presentation of QFD application case studies and in-depth forum discussion with experts. Benefits of attending this year’s Symposium include:
