QFD Black Belt® Certificate Course
This course challenges the students to explore the breadth and depth of Modern QFD, Comprehensive QFD, and ISO 16355, as well as advanced tools and methods, how to efficiently apply them in your project, and more. (Read... "ISO 16355 and QFD Black Belt® Training")
QFD is a powerful, yet flexible method for new product development and should be custom-tailored to the unique conditions of each company and its products. This is especially important with the QFD Black Belt® training.
Training Modes:
All modes of QFD training are now offered as live online workshops, providing wider and easier access for attendees from anywhere in the world and eliminating the need for travel expenses.
- In-company Training: This is typically conducted as In-house private QFD Black Belt® training (virtual or on-site), using a tailored process and course materials. The in-house training optimizes QFD to achieve the needs and objectives of your organization and customers. In-house training also helps create a pool of project team members capable of carrying out future QFD projects. To inquire, please contact us.
- Public QFD Black Belt® Course (virtual course) consists of 10 weekly 4-hour sessions (total 40 hours). See the details of the upcoming public QFD Black Belt® Course. Designed for the past graduates of the QFD Green Belt® Courses, it is also a good place for corporate training scouts and project managers to test the waters for future in-company training.
