Who is
QFD Institute?
What we do
The QFD Institute was sanctioned in 1993 by
Dr. Yoji Akao, QFD’s
co-founder, to research and develop state-of-the-art methods, tools, and
training.
It is the only dedicated QFD education and
advanced research organization in the world.
We are an independent, non-profit organization
incorporated in the State of Michigan USA and are by and large operated by
volunteers.
