QFD Institute Website

We do not collect personal information from you when you visit our site.

Those who sign up for our training programs are requested to provide contact information at the time of registration, so that we can send an invoice and receipt. We do not store their information on our website.

QFD Newsletters

Our email newsletter is a free opt-in service. This means you can subscribe and/or unsubscribe at any time. To opt out, please use the “unsubscribe” link near the bottom of each newsletter.

Our email newsletters are broadcast via Mailchimp email automation service. No attachment is sent with this newsletter. The ‘Subject’ line of the email will show ‘QFD Institute Newsletter’. No issue number is used.

The newsletter is sent to a list of subscribers who have voluntarily opted in, their direct personal referrals, and those who have an existing relationship with us such as attendees of our trainings and those who initiated contacting us.

Your personal information including e-mail address will be used solely for the purpose of communications between you and the QFD Institute. We do not share, sell, or rent our e-mail list to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. The information that we collect at the time of your newsletter subscription (your email address, industry, and country) helps us plan for future topics.

We never send email asking you to 'update’ or ‘confirm' your personal information, 'download' any cloud files, or ‘click for support’. If you receive a suspicious email, do not open but simply delete it.

The Mailchimp system automatically removes the email addresses that encountered repeated bounces including server blockage. However, re-subscription is welcome at any time; this can be done only by you.

If you have questions, please contact us.
